Our accommodations are clean, well-maintained, and as Disney World Resort travel planning specialists, we also offer great service prior to and during your stay. We are involved with the upkeep of our properties, and make sure to use only management companies that meet our high quality standards. We can save you countless hours of searching availability all over the web, verifying credibility, checking availability and reading reviews, we’ve already done all that work for you!
We can also save you considerable money over booking on websites like Tripadvisor, VRBO, Homeaway, Flipkey and other big listing sites which now charge commission to the owners AND a fee to you, so the pricing must be kept higher, we work with managers and owners directly and obtain net rates so your rent is usually much more reasonable.
All homes are individually managed and maintained, therefore a home next door to one of ours may not be in the same condition, and guest services may be lacking. Before you choose accommodations offered at a lower price than one of ours, make sure you consider our credibility, as well as our package options which may be overall a better value.
