How are we keeping you safe during Covid-19?
Taking care of our guests is high priority to us! During this time we are closely monitoring and following protocols in place to keep you safe.
Per the FL state Governor, we were able to begin renting again in May 2020 (subject to change). Most theme parks are also open with social distancing guidelines in place. We will try to keep you updated on this page, on Facebook and our Email Newsletter.
Our homes will be disinfected as usual, with extra precautions taken. Your help will also be appreciated and ask that you not travel if you are sick.
Our date change and payment policies have been revised during this pandemic to protect you better, as well we offer travel protection coverage at the time of booking and it is highly recommended.
- We are taking booking deposits of $300 and balance 60 days prior to arrival.
- Up to 31 days prior to your arrival you may change your dates up to a year in advance with no penalty.
- Cancel for any reason coverage at the cost of 10.8% is recommended at the time of booking and can then be used if you must cancel within the final 30 days prior to your stay, since unfortunately without that we wouldn't be able to credit you for a future stay unless we are able to rebook your dates.
